Courtesy means the writer should be sincere and well-intentioned. He should keep the benefit of the receiver in his mind. He should be polite and considerate to the others.
Concreteness means the receiver should be given solid and factual picture in the written message. The writer should be definite and clear. He should provide specific facts and figure. He should use clear and meaningful words to write a message.
Consideration means the writer should keep the receiver in his mind. He should keep the interest of the receiver uppermost in his mind.
Clarity means the writer should be clear in his mind when he gives message to the other. He should not be doubtful in his writings.
Completeness means the writer should answer all the questions. He should give all the necessary information. He should provide something extra, if necessary.
