Have the right names for images:

Choose unique names for the images; consider choosing images keeping the user in mind. Use keywords that might be helpful for the users. Your images must have specific names and don’t forget to add your alternative tags and title tags to your images.

For example: If your image is about icecream chocolate shake then do not mention the name as Ish6514, instead of it, put it as ‘ Chocolate-Icecream-Shake-Shakes-Restuarant-Ohio.jpg’. This would be much easier to search for.

Use short permalinks that contains keywords:

The permalink that you use for your website must be unique, short and understandable. For example: Always use ” http://www.mywebsite.com/wordpress-tutorials/” instead of “www.mywebsite.com/page-id?5631456325/”.

Connect posts to social networks:

Today, social media is a very good aspect. So have them connected to your blog posts, pages, etc., to have good ranks and popularity. Help promote other posts and pages too and they will do the same in return.

Ensure high quality and meaningful content:

The most important thing that matters in any of your pages is the content. You must have good content with keywords that can be helpful for users, not for the search engines. Content should be understandable and not complicated or difficult to read.

For more speed and to have a good flow with your website, always consider cleaning your trash box.

Keep checking the statistics of your site:
